I just wanted to let Dad know how much I love and appreciate him. Being the father of 8, the grandfather of 16 and great grandfather of 6 is no easy feat. Here are just a few reasons why I love my Dad!
- He has always been there for me when I needed him
- He lets me play golf with him even though I am horrible
- He encouraged me to become a teacher and get my masters degree
- He encouraged me to serve a mission
- He makes a mean potato-cheese soup
- He loves Azteca more than I do
- He loves good music
- He worthily holds the priesthood
- He gets up a 4 in the morning so he can work at the temple
- He has a green thumb and grows his own delicious food
- He always sacrificed and supported his family and made sure we had what we needed
- He is an excellent example of having faith in our Heavenly Father
I love you Dad and the older I get the more I realize how truly lucky I am to have a father like you. Thank you for all you do for me!Happy Father's Day DAD!!!
